Please tell me: what exactly does “long-term rehabilitation” mean? What is the difference between short programs (28 days) and what is called long-term? And is it really more effective in combating relapse?

Longer rehabilitation (often 90+ days) allows the audit to explore the roots of addiction, understand emotional triggers, restore skills and rebuild healthy habits. Structured regimen, group therapy, family involvement and learning alternative ways to cope with stress are important here. More details here:

. Studies show that long-term programs reduce the risk of relapse - people have time to adapt to sober life, practice psychological skills and build support both within therapy and after discharge. Such methods - better return to normal life and long-term results.
